Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018.1000) and art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Legal basis: The basis for processing is the necessity to comply with legal and tax obligations. The Administrator also reserves the right to process this data to pursue claims due to it (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Responding to questions/inquiries
Scope of data: For this purpose, we may process some personal data provided by you in the contact form or email, as well as data related to the use of our services or products, data contained in attached documents, e.g. complaint data
Legal basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR), aimed at improving the functionality of services and building positive relationships with Clients and Potential Clients.
Product marketing
Scope of data: Based on the consent given, you will receive information about promotional offers of our products.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR), aimed at marketing our products.
IV. To whom do we transfer your data?
The Administrator transfers personal data to external entities - subcontractors to the extent necessary to provide the service, i.e.: entities providing courier, accounting, and payment services. In exceptional cases, the Administrator will transfer personal data if requested by authorized state authorities - in particular, the Police and organizational units of the prosecutor's office or Presidents of UODO, UKE, UOKiK.
V. Your rights related to the processing of personal data
We ensure the possibility of exercising your rights related to the processing of personal data. Your rights include:

You have the right to transfer the data collected by us to another data controller. You also have the right to expect us to send your data to another data controller on your behalf. This right only applies to personal data processed using IT systems.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
VI. How can you exercise your rights?

VII. Final provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy of the website, due to the need to adapt it to the development of internet technology, changes in the law regarding personal data protection, and the development of the Website itself. The Administrator is obliged to inform Users about any changes in a visible and understandable manner.
